• The Grabbit can serve multiple needs—a knitting bag, a multi-use baby blanket or carrier, a picnic lunch cloth or a family-outing stash bag. Begins at the center, knit in stockinette st or cable stitch, Finished with an I-Cord border (thanks again Elizabeth Zimmerman). Pattern is available in print or on Ravelry.
  • This mitered pattern is written in three sizes. Seamless, yet magically the 55 component parts come together. Use stash or five planned colors. Use either straight or circular needle. Pattern is available in print or on Ravelry.
  • Available on Ravelry only.
Pattern is available only on Ravelry. There are so many opportunities with this pattern. My first one was from stash; the rest have been planned colors. To be honest, they are all beautiful. You knit one square at a time, you don’t bind off, but rather place each side on a length of yarn. After all the squares are complete you “knit” (yes knit!) them together utilizing three-needle bind-off.
  • This Blankie/afghan is a spin-off of the Rambling Rows Afghan. The advantage it has over the original is that a knitter can control the sizing so easily. Handpainted or variegated yarn works well in this design, as well as using just one color. It is as addictive as the Rambling Rows Afghan. You may knit the blankie from fingering, sport or worsted weight yarn. By knitting the first square you can easily determine just how many squares you’ll need to knit to attain a desired size. You can use a circular, straight, or even double point needles in suggested size for the yarn you choose.” Pattern is available in print or on Ravelry.
